i've re listened to hang cool from start to finish a few times this past week or so, and the conclusion i've come to is, had this been released in 2003, instead of chsib... things would have gone very different!!!!!!

I discovered yesterday that Hang Cool Teddy Bear, minus the ballads, is a decent album to listen to during a work out.

Though today's workout was Guns N Roses Live Era hooked up to the sound system they have in the gym, which is very good while lifting weights.
