Not sure where to psot this but didn't think it really needs a new thread.
A RANT: I ahve just seen a trailer for the American film U-571. Which it is describing as the story of how a US submarine captured the Enigma machine and saved the war. DO THEY NOT REALISE IT WAS THE BRITISH WHAT DID THAT? How would the americans feel if we were to suddenly reshoot all the classic westerns but rewrite them so that the americans fail miserably and have to call in a british sheriff. i am sure that they would be the first to complain. WHAT NEXT???? Perhaps they could reshoot the Scarlet Pimpernel so that a US spy rescues all the austrailian nobility?!?!?!? OK RANT OVER!!!!!!! |
