Exactly. And whether one approves of Sony's stance, as owners they have a right to take whatever stance the choose .. and to take legal action if their copyright is breached by a leak. I suspect this is not a sufficiently big or newsworthy case to exercise them hugely, but should they choose to do so, that again is their right.
