There's a thread somewhere about recommended camera use, basically nothing with a professional looking lense and turn the flash off.

Even then you're trusting that the security won't take it off you.

That means that unless you are in the front couple of rows you can't get a remotely decent picture doesn't it? I never use flash because it can't travel far enough to light up the stage and i don't want to piss the performers off..but i don't know how i'd cope without my 300mm lens. I'm miles back for Liverpool and Meat and the band will look the size of mosquito droppings if i have to use my feeble compact camera. Oh the stress!!
