Yeah, i know... but i'm already on my 7th!!!

And i bought some lovely smokey bacon today, and it's just crying out to be paired with a nice crusty roll and some ketchup..

aye - she indeed - sorry.. choccie overload!!!

Rosti is grated veggies, mixed with egg, then shallow fried in pan to make a pancake type thingy. Spuds are best for this, methinks...

Now now, not everything I say will be British, it's actually West Indian as far as I'm away it's a somewhat like a pancake, but it's made out of dough and then you fill it with curry.

I know some West Indian food - worked for years with Guyanese...but could never remember the names of the foods I was eating...

It's actually a Guyanese family I go to, to get my roti's. They make the best Roti's mine are way inferior compared to their's.
