Right so my Birthday 2004!
I guess it started on Saturday really. I went shopping in the good old city of Lincoln with my best friend, to spend the rest of whatever money I had left from....well the bank. We had loads of fun! then on my actual birthday, I woke up at about 9ish went downstairs to find a nice little pile of birthday cards and a couple of pressies! I got a three digit number in cash and a dressing gown and a really lovely necklace and a really sweet friendship plaque thing of my best friend. Oh and a nice yummy box of Malteasers which I happily started for breakfast. I came online for a bit while listening to Mr. Sulton, Mr. Springsteen, Mr. Sambora and of course Mr. Loaf rather loudly! (I didn't get told of though because of it being my birthday) Got ready to go out for my second bout of Shopping. As i was getting ready I had "Basement Tapes" on full blast. Kasim really made my day I think. Wouldn't have been the same with out him! Then went shopping. In the first five minutes of walking into town I spent £40 on 4 dvds. Meat Loaf Classic Hits - Bat Out Of Hell. Then a Todd Rundgren 3 dvd box set! Bought some other little bits and bobs but they are needs and not wants then.........oh yes, then I went out for a meal. Went for a chinese. Very yummy, and very filling! Seeing as the footie was on last night noone wanted to cut the cake so i'll wait for tonight to do that! so thats it really.....still wish I was in america celebrating Independance day but oh well... i can drea\m :P |
