Great pop song,
The lyrics are very poetic,
I especially like:
"You hold me so close that my knees grow weak
But my soul is flying high above the ground"

Somehow that showed that geeting week knees is not just a womens thing

This is a favourite of mine... my brother had the 1981 EP (this track, 2/3, Deadringer and IGLHFBOU) and one day I found it and put it on. At first I thought it was awful. Then I realised it was a 45 and I was playing it at 33 RPM.

I guess you could say this was the track that got me 'into' Meat Loaf. That aside, this is a truly great rock n roll song. From the "greatest rock n roll intro ever" (wasn't that Steve Popovich said that?) to the fade out. It's a cliche but this song is five minutes of rock n roll perfection. The imagery that the lyrics conjure up are without compare.

"No-one's gonna know where you've been..."

A definite 10/10.

I used to hate the triple-tracking on the vocals, but now it reminds me of all those classic sixties songs. Watch the room errupt when this comes on. And Queen can f*ck off - this had the hand-clapping thing going on before Radio Gaga
