You lot getting excited almost makes me wish i was going now but ..... due to 1. already having spent a fortune on concert tickets for myself (only for Meat), the kids (daughter went to see Offspring and going to Live n Loud in Glasgow in June, and son has just been to see Britney) and 2. I'm off on holiday in 4 weeks, decided I just couldn't afford to go and see her
 Ahhhhh well .... such is life |

WOW WOW Glad I didn't go Holiday!!
Cher was Fantastic.....Dare I say it........One of the best concerts I've been at  She looked fantastic, grrrr those skimpy bikini-line panty things she wears  All the hits were there and I didn't know this........She is a Gay Icon .I would say about 80% of the audience were Gay . Backs to the wall stuff  Come back Cher............You were  (Not bad for a Granny)

Hey Gerry,
So pleased you enjoyed the concert!!!! I was thinking today, think I would rather not see Cher on stage and just stay in this period of being excited about going, rather than go and then never see her on stage again, (ya get me?) lol Hope she sung Jessie James

Saw the Cher extravaganza at Manchester on Monday and Sheffield on Wednesday.
A terrific 90 minute show wirh a blend of rock, pop, dance combined with aerial ballet, dancers, a brilliant band led by Paul Mirkovich (keys) and David Barry a sensational guitar player.....oh and numerous wig and costume changes. Also had an elephant on stage (not real). If this is the last time it'll be a difficult act to follow. A very mixed audience of all ages and genders, especially liked the guys in sailor suits and the ones with wings on their backs! Mike |
