Godd luck!!

I stopped during my army time (in the NL, tax-free cogs, 10€ for 10 Packs!!!) But I got through! feelin' much better since then.
When your are free from tabac, please give advices the our German chimneys left ... don't wanna say names

... but you know those guys!

Maybe they belive a second person, telling that smokefree is so mcuh better! I am not able to turn them anymore... *cry*wannasavemyfriendshealth*

(Did I say that?! Such a gentle behavior... I can impress myself again and again...)

Thank You all so very much for all the support! It has, and at times still Is, difficult - body says 'I want a cigarette' , Mariella says 'NO - you cannot have it!...but I will win this!

I am the one in control here

Scotty, we Got to have our picture taken again...you would not believe HOW much I have 'grown' these past weeks...and the amound of gum I have eaten...not just eaten gum...can only think of food and ***!

So, after me...who is next to quit this habit!

...I know for a fact 'a certain' German is following next weekend!
And I am waiting for A,... well actually my favourite moderator, to do the same soon!

Guys, I cannot do anything 'half', so when I did smoke...believe me...I DID...for 23 years, at least one package a day... I feel Great not smoking!

In support I have given up cigars.

Switched to them after stopping cigs last year.

Not had one since saturday which is a personal best for me!!

Thank you so much, Chris - still not smoking (going from being a chimney to being SO healthy - good thing I still drink my Red wine!

I will not smoke again - enjoy being able to breathe far too much - this means I will be able to do certain things a Lot Longer!

Just an amusing story for you.

I have an empty Hamlet cigar box which i keep in my coat pocket (comfort blanket issues) and keep my chewing gum in it.

Today i was in a meeting with a supplier and was getting stressed so as a form of automatic reflex I whipped out the box and, forgetting it had chewing gum in, got out a stick of wrigleys, stuck it in my moutha dn tried to light the end of it!!!

I was laughted at for the rest of the day!!
