I need to change my bed clothes, I seem to have gotten bites and I don't know where they have come from but they itch !! Need to curve sleeping habits, going to bed after 6AM is not a good routine to get into . Also Thursday saw it's 500,000th customer at Hairspray, man if only I had decided to go on Thursday it could have been me...

That lucky girl has one hell of a memory .

.

I need to sleep !

Well...I bring you important news...

I just tried my first rattlesnake...

Now...if anybody tells you that rattlesnake tastes like chicken...rattlesnake does NOT taste like chicken...chicken tastes like chicken...

In fact...rattlesnake tastes remarkably like a....rattlesnake...

Why is it so hard to type when you're not 100% sober???

I'm still tired, despite going to bed relatively early !!

I don't like this wet weather, it makes me less inclined to go out, however I have to brace it sooner or later I guess...

Yes, yes it is, but at least it's a fairly old car (6 and a half years), it's only a peugeot 106 so nothing really fancy or expensive, it'd already been scratched on the bonnet by someone with something like a key, and down the side (albeit mostly polished out now) by some idiot with a green car who drove down the side of it on a car park...so these fresh scratches don't bother me so much as they would if it were new.

what I am more worried about though, is if someone does something to the vehicle that will cost me money - such as slashing my tyres or similar - since the damage to mine, I've now heard of a couple of other people who had their tyre's slashed on that street...and my mum noticed 3 other vehicles parked on the same street the other day, all of which had scratches on them similar to mine. anyway, since it happened twice, i reported it to the police. I've also put in for a visible presence with tameside's patroller service (who will now check on that street for a month) - who have got the police (well, PCSOs) involved as well...so hopefully, not only will this make our vehicles a little safer, but they might also catch the idiot that did the damage!

In my humble opinion (because I operate both Vista and XP at home, XP and 2000 at work, and also have PCs with Windows 98 and 95 tucked away somewhere)...Vista's main problem is that it doesn't seem very stable. Granted it doesn't crash as often as 98 did but it reminds me a lot of 98. Additionally it has that stupid hidden "computer administrator" account (as opposed to the "Administrator" account) which makes a lot of installations a tricky and (for me) nerve wracking experience! I think it took people a while to warm to XP because it was such a change from 2000. Once I got used to it, I didn't mind it at all...and in fact, having been pretty used to 98, I don't mind Vista all that much MOST of the time. I do agree there are problems with Vista, but I also think a lot of people's mistrust of it, is that it is different.

That's really brill...I have a lot of my family I've never met or not seen for 20 years or more, and although I can imagine it would be incredibly nerve wracking, I would dearly love to be able to meet up with them...good luck, I hope it goes well!

Difficult customer huh? Anyway, you misunderstood the mantra. the idea is to make the customer THINK you believe they are right (most customers believe they themselves are right anyway!!)
Anyway, kinda reminds me of something...my grandfather (who died on Christmas Eve 1990) used to collect the funny cartoon / comic strips / jokes out of newspapers. When he had a heart attack and we had to bring my Granny to the UK (they lived on the Isle of Man) we found the box of newspaper clippings, and whilst he was in hospital, I was going to put them into a scrapbook for him, to keep him amused (I was 9 at the time, he'd've appreciated it from a 9 year old, ok) but sadly he passed away before it was completed. I kept the newspaper clippings for a long time though, and had some of the ones that amused me the most on my wall. One of those was (blimey this is becoming a very long story!) a picture of a guy on stepladders, obviously in a shop, painting a very large sign which read "The customer is already right"...and behind him was an elderly lady...and the caption said "There are two t's in Right, young man". Ah well...amused me!
