We had a DVD of Storytellers, but that was a VH1 production, and all their original Storytellers shows were produced specifically for a recording. Nothing would surprise me in this area Warrio .. but I stand by what I said. I doubt there will be many. If any surface we'll just have to help WoH avoid them and save him the disappointment of listening and watching

Even Meat confessed he is low key but it's good enough to the fans. Am I the only critic to say it is not enough?

My impression of what this show will be is a retrospective of Meat's career. I don't get the impression it's a "concert" but one of a Vegas show with video montages, set and costume changes, live songs with and without Meat, and the Q&A. I'm I far off?

If this was to be recorded I would want a great copy and not some crappy bootleg.

I can't wait for Vegas!

Did I read/hear somewhere that the stories are aimed more towards Meat's acting career rather than his music? Did he say it in a meet and greet or have I made it up?!

I don't think you're far off. Meat said recently when asked if it would be like Storytellers that it would start out like that but would take off like a rocket and get kicked into the stratosphere .. or words to that effect

Dear God yes!! It would be up to the producers .. and I tend to think that they might be reluctant to take out tables/seating unless they saw a significant profit in it though..

I think he said it would be aimed at his whole career rather than than the songs or the making of BOOH etc. That was also the M&G he gave some impromptu acting lessons .. so I could see how your synapses might put the two together and came up with acting career rather than music

I think Paul posted something on Facebook earlier, about a pic of Meat & Gene Simmons and that Meat would be talking about it during the show... but I haven't heard anything about him talking more about the acting stuff

With regards to the "branding" of Vegas, I am LOVING the old style Meat Loaf logo, it's like it's come full circle!

What is the difference between logos ? I hear "NEW" "OLD" 80s" thrown around and NO idea what they mean. Can someone post visual description/ explanation?

Yes you are pretty far off , no live songs without me , there is a Q&A but still pretty far off, still opening with 64 and up to dead ringer . Then I'm going to take you for a ride !!

If "White of High " doesn't like me, for 10 years now, why does he come and post on here ? Just a simple question. as far as keys go , Bat , paradise, took the words are in the same key as they were recording 37 years ago , why? because I can still hit the notes . ( most of the time

. My speaking voice changed in 1993 as well as my singing voice when they took a bone out of my nose . It was a small bone !!

So the plan is to answer questions from the audience & steer the convo into a song from your set list. What if the question is out-and-out bizarre? Will you answer anyway and then say "okay and the next song is..."?

What is Plan B for something like that? LOL

(in all seriousness film editing is my background, as a senior in college majoring in it. Plus not a fan how the DVDs have been edited in the past)

The original logo/font is shorter and wider. Bat 2 until Hang Cool (don't quote me, not got it to hand!) is taller and thinner.

A few 80's releases used completely different fonts but in terms of the "proper" logo that's the difference.

Its actually till Bat 3 that have the tall thin font.

Hang Cool and HIAHB have the current rasterized font.
