This is a topic that gets hotly debated every time it is brought up. Just shows what passionate loyal fans Meat has.
Only comment I have is something that Cher said about the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. I am not quoting exactly and I can't remember on what talk show she said it - I think it was David Letterman. She said that the admission to the RnR HOF is not based on talent or an artist contribution to rock music. It is based on who is most popular with the commitee and the voting process is unfair. She said like so many other thing it is political. Good for her for speaking up!

After seeing Meat Loaf live again yesterday I genuinely feel the RNR HOF is wayyy BENEATH Meat. Indeed he does not deserve to be inducted in there because he does not deserve to be inducted in a Hall of Fame which is obviously inducting a bunch of musical numb nuts. Stay away from that crap. 20 years ago maybe, but now there is no point as the reputation of that place is a thing of the past. Good luck inducting every RNB artist left, right and centre.

Complete nonsense. Saying that is denigrating those that have been inducted, whether they wanted to be in the RnRHOF or not. Meat says he's not interested in being inducted, I think we should just leave it at that.
