I don't always watch The One Show myself. I got the date from a list of promotional stuff that was posted here.

I've just tried looking on The One Show's website to see if it lists the guests but it doesn't, which is quite annoying.

Just read on Facebook from a friend that Meat will be appearing on The One Show tomorrow, starts at 7PM on BBC 1.

It must have been some kind of delay in uploading the show. It's working fine for me now too

As far as I'm aware despite the way they present the show, Loose Women is always pre-recorded, usually the day before.

Meat was briefly on the One Show again on Thursday. In a 'tribute' to Don McLean's American Pie, the presenters and various guests did their version with Meat at the end being his usual dramatic self.
