thank you...yes after one failed purchase i have learned this...but am also learning that things that don't kill you only make you stronger...so am just sort of accepting now that life likes to chuck cr*p at me and treating it as a sort of movie...i'm hanging in to see what happens next!

I have to assure you of one thing...and I've heard it from real estate agents but I've also learned that no matter how corny it sounds it is absolutely true...YOUR house will be YOURS no matter what...everything that failed or didn't go right never meant to be yours...I've learned this so many times - it's not even funny....
