Thanks Geordieloaf, good to know.
Was excited to see at the book store the other day that the next installment of " Odd Thomas: Brother Odd" is now out in hard cover. Have you read many of his books, Geordieloaf? J. Last edited by Jeanie; 11 Jan 2007 at 21:17. |

I have read alot of his stuff. I love his style it is a close call between Koontz and King as to who my fav is. I would actually go with Koontz as his ending are usually better IMHO.
My favourte Koontz Novel's are Fear Nothing then Bad Place. Although have you read his take on Frankinstein it's very good to. Let me know what you thought of Life Expectancy then we can disscuss it as i don't want to spoil it for you. |

Same here.. really enjoy Koontz and King, and agree that for me personally, I like Koontz a bit better.
At the moment, I can't recall the plot of "Fear Nothing" it's been along time since I read it. I do remember "Bad Place", and really liked that one. :) One of my favs, due to his take on how a dog would think is.. "Dragon Tears", the parts involving the dog character made me. LOL :) I haven't read the Frankinstein books yet( I have them though). Yes, would love to talk about "Life Expectancy", when I finish it.. could be awhile though, since I don't find time to read much. Anyway, I look forward to chatting about it, Geordieloaf. :) Thanks J. |

I have "The Husband" but haven't read it yet. Happy to hear you thought it was good, SamCat. If anyone has read "Velocity", was it good? I have that one, and the second part of "Odd Thomas" waiting as well. J. |

Watchers was great, also thought "Lightning" and "Night Chills" were excellent.

I liked the first Odd Thomas story, and great to hear that "Forever Odd" is good as well. Monstro.. I liked both of those DK books as well. :) I've read them all.. up until the most recent ones.. which I'm working on. J. |
