Meat Loaf hasn't got the font copyrighted. Also, the album cover doesn't use the same logo. . .

CHSIB was going to be Testify but Phil Collins released his album first so they changed Meat´s album´s name...

But if you look Yngwie´s name in record cover is written in different types than Meat´s name.
