It looks like hat was recorded by the same guys that were allowed to record some footage of RAH. They were not allowed to record full songs and just so many minutes. It was to promote the way they used the orchestra and sound

It's not 3 bats live, Meat was dressed way different for TMIL and his hair's longer here. He looks more like he did at RAH. I'm wondering if this footage is from before the Seize the Night tour, like late 2006?
