door, window, wall, ceiling..that sort of thing
and household things such as table, chair settee, kettle, cup
not a huge list all in one go ...few at a time....but anything you teach me the Dutch for is always appreciated.you know i really appreciate you , Tim, Mariella, Michel, Asha and QT,taking the time to do this

You know, this is fun, learning others Dutch...

Dutch is a hard language to learn, cause the grammar is very strange, and the pronouncing is even harder!!!

The dutch has lots of hard words, so to call.... We have hard tones in our language.... like scheveningen, or school.

The word school is in English pronounced like "skool"
In Dutch it will be "sssggggool", it is a bit hard to explain it in this way, but maybe you will have an idea right now, about what i mean.

Bra = b.h. = buste houder

And about the human body:

mouth - mond
nose - neus
ears - oren
legs - benen
arms - armen
fingers - vingers
brests - borsten

Ja, ik had een hele leuke dag.
- Yes, I had a very nice day.

Mijn zoon kreeg vandaag een nieuwe PC geleverd.
- My son had a new PC delivered today.

Heeft hij zelf verdiend met werken in een supermarkt.
- He urned it himself by working in a supermarket.

Mijn dochter heeft pas haar rijbewijs en pikt mijn auto in als ze de kans krijgt.
- My daughter passed for her driving licence recently, and steals my car, every chance she gets.

Welterusten
Sweet Dreams (and don't let the bedbugs bite ya)
