Default Best live version of Heaven Can Wait?

I'll say now that this is my least favourite song from Bat 1. Having said that in my opinion the best is from Live Around The World, just Meat and Jim on piano. Jim's bit in the middle is top notch. Runner up would probably be the Pavarotti charity concert thing.

Cool

being as we really only have like 9 real good quality ones to choose from and one is TERRIBLY PRODUCED (*cough*rocknrolldreamssingleliveversion*cough*) compared to All Revved up or the other BOOH tracks (sans FCOL) that have like a billion great versions.

The best version is either Nassau with Jimmy and Meat singing together and the nocturnal Pleasure speech or The Pavoratti and Friends version. Hudson is terrific as well but prefer those two.

otehr great versions that exist are the MSO soundcheck, Cardiff 1993, and the version on the Classic Albums DVD.

The version on the Storytellers CD is different from the DVD version (I wonder where the CD version was taken from??? i doubt it was performed at the Hard Rock). Both of those are respectable too!

But overall: NASSAU

I need to check out some of those other versions again, but I think the Nassau one is pretty amazing. Although, the version on LATW is pretty good as well.

Slightly off topic, but I do think the version of Objects on LATW is stunning- I love the interplay of Meat and Jim during the quiet parts (transitions?)- particularly at the end if the song.
