Unhappy any advice?

hi folks.
i really dunno what to do. during lunch today i went over to the cemetery as no1 has been to see my lil brothers grave since he died 11yrs ago. so today i felt it was time i paid my respects. myself and a couple of very trusted friends hunted all round the cemetery for my brothers grave to no avail.
so we went up to the guy who notes down all the burials...turns out no one had marked the grave. its as if my folks were trying to forget they ever had a son. so the grave was just rocks n muck..no sign of rememberance anywhere. so now what marks his grave is a plastic wallet with his name in it, a letter, a single flower and a plant that a very kind lady gave me.
im so peeved at my folks righ now and i cant tell them as itll cause an uproar.
what do i do??

Can you not speak to the people in charge of the cemetary and see if there is any way you could put some sort of memorial on there for him?
