Quacking up.
 The following quotations are from actual medical reports made by doctors........The patient is a 79 year old widow who no longer lives with her husband. If it wasn't for the fact that the patient was dead, I would say he was in perfect health. Many years ago the patient had frostbite on the right shoe. The patient left the hospital feeling much better except from her original complaints. The patient was in his usual state of good health until his aeroplane ran out of fuel and crashed. Excellent good health until sudden death. The patient refused an autopsy. The patient has no past history of suicides. Patient is always telling me about her pains and problems.This remains a significant pain to me. Once in casualty, the patient was examined, x rated, and sent home. The lab test indicated abnormal lover function. Testicals are missing on this woman. A careful examination of the genitals reveals that the patient is circus-sized. And finally, in a letter of complaint to the hospital from a parent..... I am very much annoyed to find that you branded my boy illiterate as this is a dirty lie, I got married at least a week before he was born.
