Default LIFE'S TOO SHORT!!!!

There has been alot of bickering on this site lately, I for one do not want any more.

I am at work today and have been informed that a work collegue had died last night. It came as a shock, I can tell you. (Very upset)

Life is too short for such arguements - as it is a Meat Loaf Fan Club, can we just appreciate what he has done & celebrate his work.

I know the majority will

Thank you.

Hi Fallen Angel. I was so sorry to hear about your colleague. It does put into prospective the arguments on this site. As you say it is time for them to stop.

live each day as if it's your last, that way you can live it to the full.

Don't ever put of doing something that can be done to day
And never pass up an oportunity which might make you say,
"Why didn't i do that? why didn't i do this?"

My teacher left last year but before she went she gave me some words of advice that i rty to live by:
take time to think- it is the source of all power
take time to play- it is the secret of perpetual youth
take time to read- it is the fountain of wisdom
take time to pray- it is the greatest power on earth
take time to love and be loved- it is a god-given privilege
take time to be friendly- it is the road to happiness
take time to laugh- it is the music of the soul
take time to give- life is to short to be selfish
take time to work- it is the price of success
take time to do charity - it is the key to heaven

these may not all apply to everyone, but its some words that everyone should consider.

Be kind and love one another and the small problems of the world will disappear, listen to each other and you'll always have a friend in times of need, but most of all treat others as you would want to be treated yourself.

I may only be 17 but i've been at the back end of bullying, i know what it feels like to isolated. I've seen people driven apart through arguments leaving hurt and dispear in the void, if nothing else these have taught me life is precious and it shouldn't be spent bickering and arguing.

Try to find the good in everyone and try to be reasonable in your opinions, think before you speak and acknowledges when you have done wrong, but most of all, if you're here on this board, try to celebrate the music that Meat makes and support all that he does after all this is what we all joined to do originally

sorry about your work colleague, it is after the saddness fades that you can often be hit by how preciouss life is, and how important it is too live it too its fullest extent.
put in to each day as much as you possibly can and never put of doing something with an "oh i can do that later", do it now, that way you have time to do something else later.
i also live with that motto, live every day as though it is your last, and live it well.
never ever forget how precious life is, this is why i very rarely get involved in arguements these days, life is indeed too short.
take care all,
kezzina
