Too stupid to use a computer

Customer asked me to login to his PC remotely and fix a problem he is having.

The problem is that a key on his keyboard is getting stuck.

Yeah, and while I'm at it I'll wipe the dust off his screen and tidy his desk too ...

p.s. The customer is in Ireland. I guess he enjoyed St Patrick's day a bit too much ...
