Default Young at Heart?

In a T.V. interview in 1998 or 1999, Meat talked about some movies he was offered to play a part in. Along with Fight Club and Crazy in Alabama, he mentioned a movie with Michael Caine called Young at Heart, as far as I remember. (?) Does anybody know what became of it?

Yes , but I'd like to know why. For obvious reasons, I'd like to see a movie starring Michael Caine and Meat Loaf.

A lot of movies don't get made...actors pull out...producers pull out...and so on and so forth...

If you're Michael Caine's fan...my guess would be he pulled out...look how many good movies he's done around that time...guess he had better offers...

Seeing this thread title has gotten a song stuck in my head... it's the version by The Bluebells that was used in a Volkswagen advert in the early nineties...

I suspect i-Tunes are going to be getting a few more of my hard-earned pennies...
