Default The Rare Songs: 34. Modern Girl (Extended Version)

Rare Songs: Modern Girl (Extended Version)

The extended version of "Modern Girl" is also better than the shorter album version. It begins with a calm orchestral intro, has an echo in the middle of the song and the last chorus is longer than in the original version and it's filled with echos, too. The album version has a rating of 8 and the extended version is worth

9/10

Nothing to say about it! you have said it all Garrett.. It is a great song, and this remix is even better.

It is strange that they left out the intro on the album. i think it is so beautiful.

Not a quite shocking remix, with some strings thrown in and well, I can't really be bothered too much 'bout this version... I've heard better remixes and don't really like the original too....

Let's say: 7

this version is very good , it was on the 12" version of the modern girl single release which also has a very good extended remix of take a number, to find this , i guess its ebay or internet sites as this was a 1984 vinyl release and these versions never appeared elsewhere , as with all the 80 s arista remixes
