You should be able to get the book from Amazon (you will have to go through one of the re-sellers though, but I've never had a problem using these before).
You can find the link here.

Bat out of Hell music book on Amazon
Interestingly I bought the full orchestrated version of Bat out of hell back in 1993. I think it is probably out of print. It cost a whopping £50 quid back then, but is well worth having figuring out just how many parts there are to the tracks, unbelievable. Of course a book like this was painstakingly put together AFTERwards and it is not as if Steinman/Rundgren directed every single note on the album...

On another note, I always found it a lot easier playing tracks from Bat 2 than Bat 1 for some reason, though TOOTAB and FCOL are not too bad I suppose.

I've got the Bat II book which is pretty awesome, I'd recommend it.

As for BOOH, if all else fails there's nearly always books on Ebay

I love the "middle of no where" part...sooooo many notes!

Honestly, I learned to play piano just because of the intro to Anything For Love, which I still cannot play proper!
