No, actually I didn't stop after the 24th show, LS. Had some sigarettes left...only stopped last Sunday...but I am already starting to feel better!

Good luck Mariella. I know how hard this is as had to put up with hubby trying to give up. He didn't manage but this means trips to France for tobacco and I get taken to a lovely restaurant on board the ferry so I don't say too much.

when i stopped smoking i found that lollipops were a fantastic help (i went all kojak

) cos they occupy your hands as well as your mouth

(Mind you i started again after 3 months but now know that if i can do it once i can do it again...one day)

Hope you have a better outcome than I always do .... something horrible always comes along which makes me start smoking again.

Think my main problem is that I enjoy it too much to give up! The 'designated smoking area' where I work is actually my office! Get to have a natter with everyone that way during the day!!!
