Dance Of The Vampires (Someone who knows, please help me)

Someone please help me, PLEASE. I always heard of the four words, Dance Of The Vampires. But I never seen that clip before, which is on Steinman's site. I need to know:

Where can I find it?
How much would it cost?
Is it on DVD?
How long does it remain in theatre?
Is there any english version?
is it just german or whatever the language it is
(if there is DVD) is it english?
(if there is Audio CD) is that english?
if there is no english, and all I speak is english, does it matter?

Thank you very much for any answers that will help me.

I know it seems I may be acting a bit crazy for this piece, but I just found out about it tonight from this amazing clip, and Ryan. So I was wondering if anyone could spare me some details, it would be most appreciated, sorry for sounding too crazy.
