Default The Golden Girls

I don't know about the rest of you but I absolutely love The Golden Girls. My favorite is Bea Arthur who so accurately portrays the role of Dorothy with her wise cracking wit. You just can't help but smile when you hear Bea dish out one of her classic lines. Bea mother is Sophia and she's so hilarious as well. Betty White portrays Rose who was raised in St. Oloph and always recounts tales of the good ole' days there with some amish man named Sven. Finally there's Rue McClannahan (sp?) who portrays the man hungry Blanch. I just love this show. I love it. I love watching The Golden Girls and juggiling squid at the exact same time! I would cut off my left arm to save Bea Arthur's life. I love Bea Arthur, in fact, I'm considering having myself and Bea Arthur thrown over Niagra Falls in a wooden barrel.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I apologize, for I know that this is way off topic, I just felt the need to express my problem to someone. Thanks for understanding. Hopefully there is a group out there somewhere that can help me stop this awful habit of mine.

Yeah I agree, I still to this day wish that Bea Arthur hadn't of grown tired of doing The Golden Girls because I loved it so. The follow-up could've been ok had Bea Arthur been in it.

I used to really like this series, sharp dry humour, just my cup of tea.

I also LOVE The Golden Girls

I have all 180 episodes on tape TV3 here in Sweden has aired it in re-run for like 5-6 times the last 10 years. Last time it was aired was two years ago.

My favourite in order are: Rose, Bea, Sophia and Blanche

Seinfeld is also good but not better and Golden Girls and Seinfeld you can't compare two different comedyshows.

Then other good comedyshows are:
Mr Bean
Absolutely Faboulous
Blackadder
Nanny
Simpsons
Spin City
Just Shoot Me
Full House
Everybody Loves Raymond
Frasier
Veronicas Closet
Dharma & Greg
Will & Grace
Fawlty Towers
