Default Working titles for MEAT LOAF albums

I was thinking we know quite a few album titles that weren't used eventually:

Couldn't Have Said It Better - prev Funhouse & Testify
Bat Out of Hell III: The Monster is Loose - prev Bat Out of Hell III: The Last at Bat
Braver Than We Are - prev Brave & Crazy

Do we know any more?

As per a 1990 interview that I think Wario once turned up...

Bat Out of Hell II was almost called Neverland, and would have included a song called "Who'd Do the Dirty?"

If the two songs hadn't been swapped, Dead Ringer would have been
Rock And Roll Dreams Come Through

Hard to forget for even the MLUKFC admin... the initials BIACS are still in the description of the Hang Cool Teddy Bear forum.
