Default Midnight At The Lost And Found

Unless I have missed something, this is the last of Meat's albums not to have a remastered edition released... hope this happens, as it has some cracking tunes on it!

Hmm how intriguing. I'm not going to bet anything in return :) Basically as long as it sounds better than the absolutely awful cd I have already got I will be happy.

OK so I don't know technically if it has been officially remastered. However, the annoying hissing from my previous cd? Gone. Extra bass and percussive weight? Added. Superb clarity and quality improvements? Check. Don't care if it has been remastered or not. This cd sounds so much better than my old one. It has my favorite Meat song (IGLHFBOU) and other terrific tracks.

I am happy :)

You may keep your testicle.

If its the one that came with it originally, I seem to remember it had 4 live songs and the video for DIST on CD rom.

The two of you must have hearing issues, or you smear dog shit over your old CDs. This is IDENTICAL to my existing CD. I'd wager that it is also IDENTICAL to every other Dead Ringer CD available. I have wasted £10 to discover this on your recommendation. Hopefully no one else will make the same mistake.

It most definitely isn't. If I take the waveform of the old CD, invert it and mix it over the new CD then I end up with silence. This is what happens when two identical sounds cancel each other out. I assume you are following, but if not there are many sites on the internet that will explain how sound works for you. I could go to the effort of uploading pictures to demonstrate, but then some smart arse would tell me I have too much time on my hands.

One could infer that you know what you're talking about. Obviously you are deliberately posting misleading information.

Didn't mislead anybody, I posted my opinion as did an other, who felt the sound was better? Nobody stated it was a ground breaking difference. I play most music on a huge speaker system, so maybe it sounds better for me?
I also play music on my laptop/pc and it's very good but not as good as my speakers.

Now, what was that thing again about this forum and people's 'interpretation' of the truth? Classic example.

the thing is you're making it sound like it is IN FACT a better master without knowing 100% for sure

Saying something like "It was improved" makes NO indication you are telling your opnion.

People have wasted money trying to get a good master of the album. Ill stick with the LP rip and the apparent unreleased special edition I have.

Midnight At The Lost And Found is out in March 2017,, not sure yet if it's remastered, or if it comes with a free Meat Loaf hand puppet or free Meat Loaf key ring etc etc,, so I'm incouraging nobody to spend money on it!!!
And could people read back and see what others have said about the deadringer release, and stop using a few words from myself to blame spending 10 pound, dollar, euro, whatever on it.
