Changing my Profile Pic

I just changed my profile pic about a week ago, and it says my pic is the new one in the user cp, but on the forum its still my old one..... help!?

You can have two pictures, one is your profile pic (the one you've changed today) which appears on your profile, and the other your avatar is the one displayed by every post you make, look at your User Control Panel and go through the process to upload your new avatar.
