Default Meeeting Meat in London

I guess that I'm the first one back from London!

Well, he didn't get arrested, but he did cause a lot of trouble! I couldn't get out to see him as I was penned in with the others. I'm now watching all of the London news programs to see if it is repeated.

There was plenty of us there, I queued up at 4 with my mum and sister and I had to wait until 7 before I met the great man! He came out late at around 6:20 with his girlfriend and four girls dressed up as the girl on the cover. I wanted to get Bat 2 and CHSIB signed but they restricted us to one signature after a while, but Meat still signed whatever we threw at him! They also said that we couldnt go round the table to pose for a photo but Meat still obliged! Plus Meat thanked everyone for buying a copy of the new album. :)

The album was also playing through in the background and every so often Meat would sing along in between signatures and also revealed the following things about the album:
1. Meat is a big fan of Star Trek: The Next Generation. The reason as to why there is a whistle solo after Man Of Steel, is that Jean Luc Picard plays the whistle too.
2. Do It is also on there because Meat finds the song hilarious especially the last verse. It's what he thinks of the youth of today too! Thanks Meat, I feel part of that Youth of Today!

Best performance of the day? Meat being his usual jovial self? Or Lucy doing the "Oh my god! Oh my God!" routine?

Thanks Meat for a wonderful evening, and I'll see you at Wembley in November!

Thanks for your post. Oh man... this is SUCH a stunt, really it is, he he...
and sure he signd whatever you threw at him. And sure he obliged... he does whatever he feels he should do, no matter what

This is SO Meat... he still has that rebel inside of him (which I recognize, takes one to know one) Rock 'n roll is rebellious.

he he... I had a ball today, reading about the bus out of hell.

Picard actually plays the Ressikian Flute :P But anyway sounds like a fun day. I didnt know Picard was a fan of Star Trek:TNG Though. It seems he has good taste in Tv Programs

I check out various photo agencies, since i do submit to some (and hope to get a gig with some of the 'biggest' some day!), but also like to check them out to see other people's work, all the while keeping an 'eye out' for various photos that would interest me :) Well, from Friday's signing:

http://www.wireimage.com/GalleryList...p=gls====26293

I'm not terribly impressed with the shots, but from what i understand it was a rainy day, so that could be it too, but its really nice to see, as the above site is one of the 'big ones.'

Theres some shots from the Amsterdam concert on another agency site, but either im too critical when it comes to seeing shots of Meat and the band, or im just an overly picky person, but those are 'OK in a good sort of way.' -- Overall theyre good, ive just seen better is all and always like to see a performer in their utmost best light and angles, at least its a hope anyway! Im not explaining myself well, sorry long day! Anyway, Should i post that link here or would that be off topic of this note? There's some nice shots of Patti and Meat and Paul Crook is shown in another one, which is cool to see the others get some coverage too! :) OK enough from me, take care!!
