Default There may be murders committed.

Am a tad angry at the mo. Got brand spanking new car in April. It broke down the afternoon i got it Electrical fault apparently. Twas sorted but a fortnight ago it started fecking up again. Air bag light was on permenantly, and when i went to internally lock the doors the hazard lights came on and wouldn't go off. That i could cope with by smply not turning internally locking doors, but then on thurs just gone the cd/radio upped and died on me. Can't be doing without listening to Meat in the car, so decided to take it in and get it looked at. Contacted the dealership and they told me to bring it in today.

So dutifuly did so, bringing the three Heatlets with me, and was told i'd have Bertha (the car) back by lunch time. I then braved public transport - oh what fun! - with the three of them, only to find a message on answer machine when i got home saying could i ring dealership. Did so to find out that the car is going to be in for some time as it needs completely stripping so they can find out what's wrong with it. They won't give me a replacement car as they need to be booked three weeks in advance, so am basically stuck in the middle of nowhere with no transport. The buses are really haphazard, and to get the eldest two Heatlets to school now means leaving the house at 7am and catching 2 different buses. So not impressed.

What's worse though, is that potentially i may not have a car to get up to Bristol to see Meat on Friday!!!! Have told dealership that they either sort my car out, give me a replacement or pay for me to hire a car. They are really dragging their arses over it!!!

Oh ~~~~~~...... that's what I've got on order

I do think they're giving you the run around though - read the warranty that came with the car.
