Weird Noise in Hot patootie and a mystery about the Time Warp
In the movie version of hot patootie meat goes "whew!' at the beginning.
On the soundtrack, that sound effect is omitted..... or is it Listen closely on the section where the whew has been omitted. am I Hearing things or is something their, but really really faint. Also, Listen to the time warp. You can hear Meat sing "Put your hands on your hips" faintly under the narrator's voice (more prevalent on the karaoke version on the sing it CD). Was Meat originally gonna double as the narrator? |
I wish I had as much free time as you do! ;)

But would we have to spend this extra free time buying backpacks, watching King Kong and miming to BBIS?

I hear nothing on either count.

If you listen closely, you can hear meat sing 'Lets do the time warp again' in the chorus of the song, when you hear him sing it, his voice is the one that stands out the most, and clearly over powers the rest.
|
I don't need to listen carefully, I have always been able to hear Meat singing the background vocals, but I thought it was something everyone knew.
|
Also note Meat's voice was mixed out of the chorus in the movie but on the soundtrack hes clear.

There are multiple different mixes of the RHPS movie soundtrack. There are also multiple audio mixes of the movie itself - mono and stereo. As a RHPS shadowcast producer, it makes a big difference when you are acting off audio and no visual. Now, with the BluRay, there is a totally new audio mix - they even re-recorded some of the backing instrumental pieces. Fun stuff..I am telling you!
