Default 38. One More Kiss (Night Of The Soft Parade)

This is the START OUT OF HELL & ARRIVE TO HEAVEN topic.
Let's Go to Rock 'n' Roll!!!!!!

One More Kiss (Night Of The Soft Parade) (7)

Hey Meat! First song and it's very brutal. A romantic and agressive song. Is it your opinion about love and sex? I'm feel sorry for your wife. Do you feel yourself a Sex God?

Well, I like this song. It's a little bit slobbering... in the quick time. Why don't write more songs? No, No! We need BOOH3 with Jim Steinman.

Anybody can help me? Has Meat ever sung it in concert?

My score: 7

Average: 5.67 (39.7/7)

A good song, not the best, but it isn't bad either.
Great music and good lyrics.

My score: 6,7

I don't know if Meat sung it on concert. I have live versions of many songs from Blind Before I stop, but not this song.

This is probibilly the only time Meat has sung a song that is a mixture of ballard and faster music where it has not worked.
I'm not really impresed by the lyrics, and the music isn't anything special either.
3/10 You got a cool machine.Let's get it running.

Frank Farian really screwed this song cause basically it is a great song. But what has he done with the part in the middle? Especially the beginning of this part. Its just terrible. So when i listened to it I skip this. The slow parts of the song is great. Its really romantic and i like the lyrics and again, like almost all the songs on this album, meat's voice is fabulous.

My score without the part in the middle is 8/10.
Part included: 5/10. So final score is 6,5/10.

I LOVE this song. The middle part is fun, and adds a lot, so I have to disagree with Bart. :)

As far as I can tell, at least not since BatII, did ML sing anything from Blind Before I Stop in concert.

Yes, Some songs like "blind before I stop", "masculine", "execution day"...were sang in concert.
I'd like to have one live version of all songs of Meat.
But it's difficult.

My vote!
6 raspao!
