Yeah, I considered that, but I get a lot of music news from there, plus that is how I stay in touch with some former coworkers. It's mostly recent events and one particular person that makes it trying. I suppose I could "unfriend" her, but it's not that serious, just frustrating.

Unfreind them kind of people, negative people don't deserve a place on your page...... Especially the ones who attention seek. For example.... Is feeling down I need a cuddle or I've just had 3 roast potatoes WTF sad mother******* :)

But that's just it, she's neither overly negative, nor attention-seeking. She's a friend from High School whom I hadn't seen or heard from in years. She found me, and it was only after I accepted her friend request that I realized she'd become a Scientologist.

I knew right away this was going to be awkward, as I'm in a medical profession, and I know Scientology's general attitude toward medical science. She often posts articles that are pseudo-science, poorly-researched, or just twisted propaganda. I try to ignore it, but it drives me crazy sometimes!

If you don't want to unfriend her then do what I do with a couple of the people on my friends list and just 'unfollow' her so that her posts don't appear in your news feed.
