Default 68. Where Angels Sing

This is the START OUT OF HELL & ARRIVE TO HEAVEN topic.
Let's Go to Rock 'n' Roll!!!!!!!

Where Angels Sing (6)

It's a simple melody with great lyrics. It's touching. When you see the cover of this album and you listen the lyrics you'll know they are connect with other. I've red somewhere this song is the fav of a famous director. I will search him. But I don't know why? I think it's not excellent. Average!

It's dedicated to Valeria M. Who was she?

My score: 6

Average: 8.50 (153/18 )

This song is so good!! So powerfull, so beautifull! Listen to the lyrics, they are so beautifull and true

running away and running for a home [....]
It doesn't matter where they going
or wherever they've been

And the music, so great. What a song, no words for it.

9.5/10

FYI, Tim, the song you're quoting is called Lost Boys and Golden Girls. A Steinsong published originally on Bad for Good -album and later sung by Meat on Bat II.

Where Angels Sing, from WTTN, is a totally different story. I think it's pretty much like a calm Steinsong like LBAGG or Heaven Can Wait. A beautifull song with nice gentle melody but nothing special.

I'd give it 7/10.

Another song what deserves 10/10, lyrics in this song are wonderful and Meat's voice is so powerful. " Unlock these chains and gently, rock me home" no 100/10

This is one of my favourite numbers. It's maybe a dream for always but I'm hoping that Meat will do this song one's live. That must be absolutely great.

I give this song 10/10

WHERE ANGELS SING. They never use the word Heaven in the song, but you know what they're talking about. With those angels singing, and Meat full operatic mode!!!! AMAZING voice, great way to end the album. I thought Martha was good, well I BE. This song, is incredible!! The music and everything. I just can't get enough of this song, I love this song. You couldn't end this album any better. I love those songs, where the music is slow, or faster like this one, and MEAT, takes his big voice, even over the loud music, and singers louder than the music. And It sounds goood! This song I rate

MEAT LOAF - WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD - WHERE ANGELS SING

I give it a 10\10

Unfortunatly listening to the correct song doesn't change the score I originally gave this title. The song on WTTN is a weak send off for the album and will still only recieve a 7/10 from me.

This was the song my Uncle requested to be played at his funeral and it therefore has a very special place in my heart. Meat sung this song with such absolute perfection that I can never listen to it without closing my eyes and just feeling the song take me back to that magic time when my Uncle was still alive.

Truly a touching song with an excellent story. This is the first Meat song that made me cry.

15/10

It is missing the dramatic or spectacular element.

Not bad though.
