Default Meat Loaf purchase of the week.

Starting this week I'm buying one Meat Loaf item each week (Anything from a guitar pick to a CD).

#1 Welcome to the Neighbourhood Collector's Edition.

Anyone else with money to burn can join me in on the fun and expense.

My wife would kill me if I dare to buy an item every week.

In fact, she'd probably used a purchased item to kill me with

Love the idea though. Good luck expanding your collection

Hey Andrew,

that is a really good idea. :) I am not sure if I can afford this and go with you but I will keep you up to date. (Hope that makes sense... )

I have already got that one. Love this collection!

My next CD will be the "Bat Out Of Hell - Special Edition".

Maybe not every week lol, but if I get anything I'll try to remember to post here....

I think I bought enough merch to keep me in credit for a while lol

Oh yeah, that's a good point though. I didn't think about that. We are fine.

It's possible I think. There was merchandise at the Excel show which could perhaps be regarded as similar in some ways. Depends if there is space for that and if the organisers want this I guess.

Well it's not been a week yet but I already got my next Meat Loaf memorabilia / music. Two mint condition albums on eBay. The seller lived a few miles a way so picked these beauties up earlier this evening. Stunning quality for a great price I thought. Will play Bat 3 once I get my record player but not the Bat 2 picture disc. Too good to play I reckon. Will be careful with these things!

I'm done now for a few weeks. Probably would have been better calling this thread Meat Loaf purchase of the month!!

This is a poor student speaking so it'll be neither a weekly nor a monthly purchase but still: I happened to stumble across a great idea to sort one's ML decoration and I figured you guys might like it.

I just purchased something the German language calls a "photo curtain" - a plastic sheet with room for postcards, photos etc. It comes in several sizes ranging from 6 photos to 100 and I settled with one for 28 photos which looks like this now:

It's a very simple idea but I already love it! Will order some more of those

Congratulations Andrew! I want those, too. Maybe here is starting a "competition buying"...

I wouldn't play Bat 2 either. Good decision.
