I hate to rain on your parade but

Google Romance hopefully goes beta later this year. Not quite as described above but certainly a google branding dating/contact site.

I am absolutely certain that a goo0gle dating site goes beta soon.

One of their programmers is a best mate of mine so i was playing with the new stuff when i was last down in London.
