I saw a rerun of Glee last night, the one about Rocky Horror. Meat was briefly in it as one of the suits.

Well, obliviously I really keep up with the prime time shows (NOT)!

I send more time watching reality based shows than I do anything else.( pawn stars, My Cat from Hell" " Dr. Pol" and many more such as the paranormal shows. These are not silly reality shows but truly interesting and educational . Slowly I am catching up on a lot of older TV shows when they go to local channels in reruns. Many of the shows start reruns while the show is still active. That is how I got hooked on " The Big Bang" and " Scrubs" and "Monk" , " The Closer", all the Law and Order shows and 30 rock, " That 70's show"(completely missed it when it was in prime time). Years ago people would go to bed and fall asleep to the Johnny Carson show. Now instead we turn on a local channel and watch all the reruns of prime time shows from the late 90's onward. I just don't find Prime time TV all that great anymore. Oh, I am watching some of the "glee" shows. Not too bad. I used to watch Show time when Tracey Ullman had her show" State of the Union" on. Love Tracey. I love everything she has ever recorded, TV or music. I also spend a bit of time on BBC and PBS watching the British shows. They are very funny. One of my favorites had the title Butterflies in it, about a mid age couple whose kids are off to college and he is semi retired. It is old now but I love. also love Mrs. Brown and Red and Green from Canada. Oh and the Vicar of Dibley.
One show I am proud to say I never saw more than a couple of episodes is Ali McBeal . Big ole UGH.

Elvis: That's Alright Mama 60 Years On is on tonight on BBC Four at 9pm.

This is the documentary which went our live on Radio 2 a few weeks ago, looking back at the recordings in the famous Sun Studios - Randy, John and Danny feature among the musicians.

I was wondering if anyone knew if Meat had ever thought about appearing on " Pawn Stars" there in Vegas? It is a wildly popular show , they are great guys. They do star cameo's .

he saw Meat's Vegas show?
should have got that on film.
I love their show. It is wildly popular. Love to see Meat driving around in one of those cool old cars they get . They have their resident expert come check out cars and now he has his own show.

I like Pawn Stars, but do not like that it has become more and more of these scripted side stories with the Old Man, Rick, Corey and Chumlee.

The show is starting to look more and more like a amateur theater instead of a reality series.

Yes, Greg is right he did go see the show. There are photos of him at Meat's red carpet performance which would have been the second Thursday show on his first residency. I only remember seeing photos of Rick being there, not sure if the other guys went.
