Default CHSIB Coloured Vinyl New Release

Serious question for everyone here. We know it's almost impossible to get one now. I've been approached about a possible coloured version reissue. I'd need to show there was genuine demand for the product and not just 30 of us fans that want it.

So would I .. but you're not likely to get more than 30 here

How about setting up a Facebook page about this and putting a message with a link to it on all the Meat FB groups? That way you might generate the level of interest you're looking for, and it would be something concrete to show.

I'd buy it ... but I'd need to know if it was digitally sourced or if it came from the master tapes, has been mastered specifically for vinyl (or just a lazy digital reissue), and who's pressing it and where?

Basically, is it a pretty lump of plastic, or can I actually listen to it, too?

I'd buy one. Especially if it was coloured.

I'm still waiting for Music on Vinyl to continue their coloured releases after doing Bat and Dead Ringer.

and while you're discussing the possibility of something most people thought would never happen with said person, do you fancy discussing the possibility of getting hell in a handbasket released as a limited edition special vinyl, with same said person?

I'm talking with Music On Vinyl about it. It doesn't have massive general retail interest but I think could do a good number if enough Meaty fans knew about it.

Thanks Kev -- MOV can be hit or miss, but they've been more 'hit' on the releases that have suited my interests over the past couple of years. It would be helpful if you could post up details of any discussions RE the source for this repress, and who is doing the mastering/pressing.

The way to generate interest then is to ask in the Meat groups on FB as I suggested earlier. There are I suspect more active fans on there than here Kev

It's just an idea at the moment. It's not gone any further than that.

Default Old shoes !!

Tell you what , I am going to give the record my old clothes and shoes , (I have a lot to give now . I have lost 58 pounds I'm going to lose 17 more . I started at 265 now I weigh 207 . ) They can release them !!! LOL M

They release all these different Records and I have never seen a penny except from Rocky Horror.
What does that tell you about Lou Adler . I know Richard is really upset don't know why but 98% sure it's over money Fox owes him , and I am sure they do.
M .
