Such a sad time for cricket. I've now worn black arm bands more in the last 2 months than I'd like to in a lifetime.... no more now please.

Not only Hughes, but an umpire in Israel was fatally struck two days later.

I hate christmas shopping for other people. Been looking for an hour and so far all I've spent is £700 on myself. No that's not a typo.

It's alright for some.

I normally try to get my Christmas shopping done by November because I spend my working day in a shop, I don't want to spend my free time in one when it's so busy.

Amazon. I'm not going anywhere near Macclesfield or Manchester at Christmas.

I don't blame you! Does Manchester have one of those Christmas markets?

Yeah it does. Poorly placed in the busiest parts if Manchester. Such a rip off as well.

Sounds familiar.

Bath has one and it's right in the city centre, by the Abbey and The Roman Baths where there's always loads of tourists anyway.

Apparently it's like £3 for a single slice of stollen but you could go to Aldi or whatever and buy a whole one for less than £1.

Christmas shopping done!

Brilliant night at the Junior Ranks Christmas part, with our very drunk sergeant?

Amazing night I do love the RAF!

how can it be reported in the media, as the warmest year on record, when the year hasnt finished yet??

at best that has to be either bad science, or bad journalism...

or much more likely, the continuation of an agenda
