All mine came through with the front "points" appearing first, and apart from the pain and the occasional bitten tongue I've had no problems.

I dont think that makes a difference its the angle if they grow forward leaves a gap and puts pressure on the other teeth!!

the wisdom teeth problem...
well, my four wisdom teeth are out. general anaesthetic and all four out at one go.

lucy I hope you´ll get better soon!! but from a health point of view I gotta say that it´s not good to take painkillers over a long time.
