OIFC site says 21st. And bearing in mind Meat appears on Des and Mel next Monday then Radio 2 big session Wed 16th, that would make sense. He hasn't done enough over here yet for it to be released.

Also, I hope those who chose not to wait, and bought the album over the Net imported from Europe do not complain if the album doesn't hit number 1 over here. Lets hope it does though!

I ordered it through Amazon.co.UK, and now I wonder if all the hard core American fans are doing the same, thus diluting the actual American sales. It would stink for it to do lukewarm sales in the US for that reason. To settle my guilt- I'll buy my copy early via the UK and buy a few American copies for friends who are not quite as frenzied about getting it this very second.

I agree with you Sherrie .... I bought my copy directly through a German record dealer on Ebay. But I'll definitely be buying (at least one more) copy as soon as it's released in the US

We need to support the American sales too !

Hi everyone,

Since yesterday I also have a copy of the new album. At last I was able to find a store in my area that had it. Can't believe it took this long to find one, but it did.
Just wanted to say I am very happy to finally have 'the real' thing

Recordsales are going so well, friends of mine (who usually don't like Meat Loaf, I can never understand that, but they do excist) love CHSIB!

I love life!

i'm new to the board , and this might of allready been said but meat is proforming on the ITV 1 show TODAY WITH DES AND MEL this monday 14th

I can understand that people that didn't like Meat Loaf at first, now like the new album.

It is so different, i would say that it is more a commercial record. Don't know why, but i've got the same, some people who didn't like his music, well, they do now.

My new album is nowhere!
I ordered in a store but they were saying in Münich the simple version was become exhausted. The double would be too expensive for me. The simple will be 20-25€...

I have to wait a lot!
