Well,I did have to look it up,but if at first you don't succeed,cheat
Aparently he made the first solo climb of Everest on my birthday in 1980.He could have come round to our place for jelly and ice cream,but he thought freezing his butt off while climbing a big hill was a more productive way of spending the day .
