After listening to what people were saying I decided to take the advice (as a fan of House anyway) and wait for the series to air over here to watch them in order.

I was a little worried as we'd heard nothing as to when channel five were gonna be airing it and it now seems there was a very good reason for this, channel five are not going to be airing it, apparently they dropped it for "commercial and scheduling reasons"????????

Anyway, long and the short of it is that Sky have now bought the next series (series 5) and will be airing it "in the summer" on Sky 1.

Roll on summer!!!!!!!!

House is being shown as of Sunday 31st May but Sky are promoting it as being on Sky HD. Whether it will be on regular Sky One as well or not I don't know. It is not clear on the Sky website.

Found a rather detailed summery of Meat's episode here....
http://www.fox.com/house/recaps/s5_e20.htm

At the moment Sky1 are showing 2 episodes each Sunday with Eps 17 & 18 this weekend. This should mean that Meat's episode will air on Sunday 23rd at 10pm.

Meat puts in an amazing and emotion filled performance in this episode. To paraphrase The Prince Regent from Blackadder, one of Hugh Laurie's past roles " It has more twists and turns than a twisty turny thing"

For those who dont have Sky at all and those who dont want to wait to see the episode you can watch every episode free online via

http://www.free-tv-video-online.info/internet/house/

The exact episode with Meat in is Season 5, Episode 20 ( Simple Explanation )

I watched it. Meat acted his socks off. Never seen this programme before, what an utter load of cr-p. Hue Laurie does not make a very convincing american. His croaky deep voice was awful, stick to geeves and wooster mate!

didnt he win an award or something for his accurate acting of an american? Thought i read it somewhere lol, but i did watch it and thought it was good, liked the storyline and Meat's acting was one of the very few that i've actually enjoyed, he did it very well! I still dont like house though.

Never seen House before, but I watched it and enjoyed it ~ Meat Loaf was great. My one grumble though was the name of the character Meat Loaf played ~ I couldn't help but laugh
