Until then, you'll have to race around on one of those mobility scooters you raced on the one show

Yeah, that probably is the idea, but we all know Meat. How long till he gets bored. Glad it went well for you Meat, here's to a quick recovery.

Now that Meat is skipping up and down the ward, I hope his renewed athleticism will mean a revival of his show-concluding roly polies. As a safety precaution Mr. Crook and Mr. Flowers can act as human buffers either end of the stage to halt any excessive momentum.

Hi Meat,

Sorry, I haven't been on here for a while and spent the last couple of days catching up. I hope the operation and the recovery is going well. I hope the tendons were saved too and I hope you haven't been in too much pain and managed to keep yourself and your mind as busy as you can as I know recovery can be pretty boring if you're limited to what you can do.

Take care and hope to hear from you soon!

All the best

Let me tell you this, the pain during the 4th week is still unbelievable . Can't move around for much more than 45mins. Spoke to a baseball manger who is in his 8th week and he said the pain is less and started to get less in the 7th week . It will get better I know it just seems like forever.

It is really painful those first weeks, but of all people you'll get there .. you have the guts and determination. Hope it gets a a little less painful each day ... and then a whole lot less painful .. and the painful journey will start to get shorter ..

And you have so many thousands thinking of you and wishing you there.

Lovely to hear from you

Hi Meat.
Thanks for taking the time to swing by to let us know how you're getting on
Sorry to hear you're in such pain (especially over the festive season) but keep up with the physio and it'll get better in time.
We're all sending you best wishes for a speedy recovery and a very merry Christmas.

See you on tour next year, and if you get bored resting up in the meantime i'll give you an ass whooping at Mini Golf on the forum arcade
