Testify would have been a much better choice for a single than Man Of Steel. It might have had a surprising impact on the charts.

Man of Steel on CHSIB was the Cry Over Me on Bat3, it made absolutely no sucking fense to release it as a single

Man of steel was a good choice for a single there was just no promotion and Testify as a single I doubt that it would have gotten any chart position and or airplay the reason I say this is because everyone I know loves Man of steel and not so much Testify.

Man of steel is a lot better than Cry over me.

Man Of Steel was a piss poor choice for a single. It is a droning, dull song. Testify is upbeat, rocking and different from the norm.

Really? My opinion is that Man of steel is a really good and emotionally powerful song it's up there with some of Meat's best and I really like Testify I just don't think the majority of people would choose it over Man of steel and once again the reason I say this is that everyone I know loves Man of steel and not so much Testify.

So you mentioned it to every single member of your family, plus neighbours, workmates, old school friends and people you know from various shops etc? that's a hell of a lot of people.

Personally I hardly mention anything Meat/Jim related outside of the Meat/Jim community.

I like Masculine as well even if the album version sails a little too close to the dance music of the era.
Best version is the one from Live @ wembley Meat really shows it in its best light there

MOS was just very crappy loop-based anime cartoon...and after 20 seconds of the loop you just tune out...whether you like Meat or not...it just never had a chance...

No I did not I'm talking about all the people that have listened to it with me and they all like Man of steel better and to be honest I really don't see why it's a big deal.
