Exactly.

Actually the shot of him crying is weird, cause you can see Star's dog in the background.

So true. We all lose it from time to time and behave in a way which, in hindsight, we wish we hadn't. The important thing is being able to acknowledge our mistakes/weaknesses and apologise for them. Clearly, you are a person who is humble enough to be able to do that. A lot of people would let their pride/ego stop them from saying sorry.

I think people watching the programme will have seen that for all his contribution and eagerness, Gary also drives most of the team to distraction at times .. "hummingbird mind" was an apt description You'll recover by continuing to be a focused, strong and determined team player, who's clearly liked and respected by the team .. That's what counts when you're working to win, and that's what endures rather than a few seconds loss of control when your buttons are pushed once too often

Don't feel badly Meat, you and the rest of the team have shown great restraint. I'm sure you were justified in your reaction. From what I've watched so far, Gary had it coming. I'm glad you have the support of your team. It takes a big man to apologise and say he's embarrassed by his behaviour. You've shown yourself to be a team player and worked very hard at every task and are an asset to your team.
